Group Fitness Classes

Monday

9.30am  Fit & Fab a combination of Cardio, Strength and Balance with or without a step. 

5.30pm Group Power Strength class using weights and bars.

Tuesday

5.30pm  STEP & STRENGTH  aerobic class incorporating step and weights for strength.

Wednesday

9.30am Group Active combination of cardio using a step, balance, core and weights.  

10.35am Pilates working on postural alignment and core strengthening using specialized equipment. 

5.30pm Spin and Abs  burn calories and strenthen in a 30min indoor bike class, followed by 30min of abs 

Thursday

9.30am Group Active combination of cardio using a step, balance, core and weights.  

5.30pm Stretch and Release a calming class to release the physical and mental tension in everyday life.

Friday

7.10amStretch and Strength 9.30am 30min Spin
