Group Fitness Classes

Monday

9.30am  Fit & Fab a combination of Cardio, Strength and Balance with or without a step. 

5.30pm Group Power Strength class using weights and bars.

Tuesday

9.30am FIT CIRCUIT  Class combining

step, weights, core and balance. 

5.30pm  STEP & STRENGTH  aerobic class incorporating step and weights for strength.

Wednesday

9.30am Group Active combination of cardio using a step, balance, core and weights.  

10.30am Pilates working on postural alignment and core strengthening using specialized equipment. 

5.30pm Spin class burn calories and strenthen in a 60min indoor bike class. (this class is subject to change to 30min spin / 30min abs)

Thursday

9.30am DANSATION  a combination of exercises incorporating dance to have a fun workout while staying fit.

10.30am FIT 4 LIFE gentle aerobics class aimed for seniors combining strength and balance.

 5.30pm DANSATION  a combination of exercises incorporating dance to have a fun workout while staying fit

Friday

7.10am Fit Circuit

9.30am 30min Spin 

10.30am Workout of the day 

Saturday

8.30am Spin Class - Virtual or Instructor  will advise on Facebook
