Samantha moon is our personal trainer who has over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry. She has trained clients to go into the army & police force, pre & post-natal pregnancy with also being a mum of a little boy of her own. Sam specialices in weight loss and toning with experience in helping clients lose over 20kg. Sam knows how to keep you motivated as she is passionate and sincerely loves the feeling of making a positive impact on people's lives.
Sam is a true local of Merimbula who’s dad was a swimming instructor at Eden, she competed in swimming, surf lifesaving and running.
Before returning home from Canberra after 25yrs she was based at Fernwood Woman’s Health Club as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor and also at the Australian Institute of Fitness as a Lecturer and Trainer.
A mother of 4 children 2 teenage boys and 2yr old twins ,seeing the need for woman’s health and well-being including post and prenatal care Sam completed her Bachelor of Phycology to study how the need for exercise goes hand in hand with mental wellbeing.
Her passion is to work with clients in this amazing part if the world that is her home.

Pilates focuses on strengthening, lengthening, stretching and defining all muscle groups. The exercises aim to help align the body while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. The class will experience a mind-body approach to exercise that increases one's awareness of good body mechanics with emphases on the connection of the mind, the breath and the body.
My name is Janine. I have practiced Mat Pilates for 5½ years, formally graduating as a BASI, (Body Arts and Science International), Mat Pilates Instructor in 2017. I have a passion for training others to help ensure they strengthen their body to cope with the aging process.
The BASI Pilates method focuses on awareness, balance, breathing, centering, concentration, control, efficiency, flow, harmony and proficiency. You will feel great after a 1 hour session.
I’ve worked with groups of 50 + years and some a bit younger, and all have felt the benefits of my training. Training in a group is fun and you will receive help with Props and Assists to gain the strength you need to maintain a healthy body.
